Brought to Formula Hybrid 2016, CleanSpeed 2 (also known as NFC) was AERO’s 6th generation vehicle. It was designed in 1 week and built in 5 weeks. Some unique features included a back up camera, on board speakers, and underglow. NFC was awarded the IEEE Excellence in EV Engineering Award. It placed 2nd overall at Formula Hybrid, where it had a 7.04 second acceleration run and was the first car ever to finish the 44 km endurance race.
